Trip Overview
Georgia sits at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, where ancient wine traditions meet world-class underground culture. Together, we'll explore legendary clubs like Bassiani and Khidi, tour the oldest wine region in the world, soak in historic sulphur baths, taste one of the tastiest cuisines, and explore the city's Soviet-era vintage markets, and quaint streets.
Plus, there's an optional 4 day add-on to the Caucasus mountains, where we will ski and enjoy raw nature, and a completely different side of Georgia. This is your chance to dive into a rave scene that rivals Berlin, experience a culture unlike anywhere else, and leave with new friends. This is Georgia: we loved it so much we're returning for our third trip here!

Flights, airport transfers, meals outside of the welcome dinner, drinks, club entry, ski/board rentals, ski/board lessons, and personal expenses. Georgia is very affordable once you're there so your daily budget doesn't need to be large.

Absolutely! The vast majority of our travelers come solo and leave with lifelong friends. This is a girls-only trip with like-minded people who love to rave, explore, and have a good time. Our trip leader will make sure everyone feels welcome from day one.
We're all about good energy, supporting each other, and making memories. Whether you want to dance all night or take it easy some nights, there's space for everyone. Most of our attendees are in their 20s and 30s, but you're welcome at any age as long as you fit the vibe. While the trip is conducted in English, we have attendees from around the world... 30 countries and counting!
Yes, you must be 18+ to join this trip. The majority of our trip participants are in their 20s to 40s.
Our trips are always at your own pace! You don't have to drink or party hard to have an amazing time. It's likely you'll find fellow trip attendees on your same wavelength who want to explore, relax, and enjoy Georgia without going all out every night.
Not at all. The Tbilisi trip is a completely standalone experience and plenty of people will do just that. The ski trip extension is there for people who want more time, a change of pace, and a completely different side of Georgia.
Gudauri is an amazing place to learn to ski or snowboard as there's plenty of beginner slopes! We can also arrange lessons for you to learn alongside an instructor. And if you decide to rest or that it's not for you, the ski resort has plenty to keep you busy during our time there!
Yes. Tbilisi is a well-established travel destination with a thriving international community and a busy tourist scene. The rave scene there is world-renowned and well-organised. We've run multiple trips there already and will have a local trip leader on the ground with you the whole time. As with any travel, normal awareness applies, but Georgia has a strong reputation for hospitality and safety for tourists.
Most nationalities can enter Georgia visa-free for up to a year, including EU, US, UK, Canadian and Australian passport holders. We recommend double-checking entry requirements for your specific passport before booking.
In Tbilisi, we'll be in a villa in a central neighbourhood, walkable to the city's best bars and restaurants. In Gudauri, we'll be at a lodge in the ski resort, where you can walk to the lifts easily. Ski trip guests also get a final night at a central hotel in Tbilisi on the way back. Shared and private room options available for Tbilisi and the ski trip add-on.
We'll send a form prior to arrival to capture any requirements. Georgian cuisine is varied and welcoming, and Tbilisi in particular has a strong vegetarian and vegan restaurant scene alongside the traditional spots.
Rave outfits, comfortable shoes that can handle cobblestones, a swimsuit, activewear, and ski clothes (if you're joining for the ski trip or rent them there). We'll send a full packing list and welcome guide before the trip.
The itinerary is a guide, not a rulebook! It's subject to change based on weather, group preferences, and how everyone's feeling. You're always welcome to do your own thing - whether that's skipping an activity to sleep in, exploring solo, or joining a smaller group for something different. We're here to facilitate an amazing trip, not micromanage your vacation.
There's a $150 non-refundable deposit. Between 60 and 45 days before the trip you can cancel and receive 50% of your remaining balance back. No cancellations are accepted within 45 days of the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Our website prices are listed in US Dollars, but you're welcome to pay via bank transfer in EUR or GBP and save on card fees. You can view payment instructions on the booking page, or reach out to us directly for details.
Once you book, we'll reach out to you via WhatsApp to send out pre-arrival information - we're also here if you need help booking your flights! Three weeks prior to the trip date, you'll be added to our group chat where we'll share updates, answer questions, and start getting to know each other before the trip. The Girls Who Rave team is available for support throughout the planning process.
Fly into Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) for the most direct option. Arrive on Thursday, January 28 and depart Monday, February 1 if you're on the Tbilisi trip, or Thursday, February 4th if you're continuing to the ski trip extension.

Georgia is notoriously difficult to navigate solo so that's why we're taking you there with everything carefully planned. Your Trip Leader & Tbilisi Local
Born and raised in Tbilisi, Tako's been part of the local rave scene for years and knows the city the way most visitors never get to. The best clubs, the hidden spots, the places worth skipping and the ones worth staying until morning. Warm, outgoing, and knowledgeable, Tako will make sure you leave feeling like you've seen the real Tbilisi, not just the tourist version of it. Georgia is one of those destinations where knowing a local makes all the difference, and with Tako you'll have exactly that!
Arrive in Tbilisi and check into our villa in the center of the city. Each bedroom sleeps one to three people and has its own private bathroom, and private room upgrades are available if you'd like your own space. The house has a cute yard, a big hangout area with a fireplace, a piano, and a pool table, so it's a nice place to spend time together between nights out. It's also within walking distance of Old Town and plenty of good bars and restaurants.
Once everyone's settled in, we'll take a walk around the neighborhood before heading to our welcome dinner at a traditional Georgian restaurant. Expect a big spread of Georgian dishes and plenty of local wine. Afterward we'll go bar hopping around the center. It's a good first night to meet everyone and get a feel for the city before the weekend starts.
We'll spend the day exploring Old Tbilisi, including Narikala fortress and Mtatsminda, the hill above the city with the best views over Tbilisi. Then we'll cross the river to the area around Dezerter Bazaar for vintage shopping. There are lots of small secondhand and vintage shops there, and it's one of the best parts of the city for finding something unique.
In the late afternoon we'll head back to the villa to rest, grab dinner nearby, and get ready. Friday is the big night out in Tbilisi, and we'll be going to Bassiani or Khidi, which usually have the strongest lineups of the weekend. Bassiani is in a former swimming pool under the national football stadium, and nights there regularly go until the morning.
Sleep in, then we'll head out to the Chronicles of Georgia, a huge monument on a hill just outside the city with carved scenes from Georgian history and views over the Tbilisi Sea. From there we'll go to Abanotubani for a private session at the sulphur baths. These bathhouses have been around for centuries and are one of the best ways to recover after a long night. You can add a traditional scrub or massage if you want one. The rest of the afternoon you're free to rest or explore.
Saturday night we'll check out some of the city's other venues. Tbilisi has a lot more going on than just Bassiani and/or Khidi, including a handful of smaller clubs, and we'll pick based on who's playing that weekend.
Our private van picks us up in the late morning for a day in Kakheti, Georgia's main wine region. We'll stop at a monastery first, then go to a winery for a tasting and a Georgian cooking class where you'll make a few traditional dishes yourself. In the afternoon we'll drive up to Signagi, known as Georgia's city of love, for the hilltop views over the Alazani Valley before heading back to Tbilisi in the evening.
Tbilisi has a good Sunday night scene, so if you have energy left there's plenty going on. Or you can take it easy at the villa, especially if you have an early flight the next morning.
Tbilisi only trip: Say goodbye to the group heading to the mountains, then use the rest of the day for a last Georgian meal, some exploring, and souvenir shopping with whoever's staying later. Head to the airport whenever you need to, or explore Georgia for a few more days on your own.
Ski trip: We'll drive north on the Georgian Military Highway, stopping at Ananuri fortress and the Russia–Georgia Friendship Monument along the way. We'll get to Gudauri in the late afternoon and check into our lodge. Gudauri is a small, easygoing ski town with a good après scene, so the evening is for settling in, grabbing dinner, and having a drink somewhere in town.
Full day in Gudauri! Whether you’re hitting the slopes for the first time or have years of skiing under your belt, there’s something for everyone. Beginners can join an optional, affordable group ski or snowboard lesson, while more experienced skiers and snowboarders carve their way down the runs.
After a day in the snow, enjoy après-ski drinks where everyone can regroup and share stories. For those with energy left, Gudauri offers a lively nightlife scene... perfect for keeping the vibes up off the slopes.
Pack your bags this morning and we’ll store them safely at our accommodation so you can maximize every moment on the mountain. Enjoy a second day on the slopes or soak up your last hours of alpine views in Gudauri. Together, we'll return any rented equipment after lifts close and head back to our guesthouse to grab our bags.
Our driver will pick us up for a quick two hour drive back to our hotel in central Tbilisi where we will stay for our final night together. Depending on energy levels, we will squeeze in some final exploring and enjoy one last dinner together. It's the perfect time to toast an unforgettable week!
Many flights depart in the early morning from Tbilisi airport. For those with later departures, join us for a final breakfast and some last-minute exploring around Tbilisi. Grab those souvenirs, take a few more photos, and enjoy the city a bit longer. We definitely recommend extending your travels in Georgia or nearby Armenia, but for those heading back home, you're bringing back countless memories and a group of new friends.
