aurelje, LLC is a US-based company operating internationally. We are not VAT-registered in the EU or any other jurisdiction outside the United States.

Nature of Services

Girls Who Rave organizes women-only group travel experiences to festival and rave destinations worldwide. Our services include the coordination of shared accommodation, access to nightlife venues and events, creative workshops, cultural experiences, and general trip planning and logistics support.

Important: Girls Who Rave is not a licensed tour operator, travel agency, security provider, or professional guide service. We coordinate social experiences among independent adult travelers. All participants remain solely responsible at all times for their own safety, health, conduct, travel documentation, and compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. Participation in any Girls Who Rave experience is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Girls Who Rave acts as a social coordinator and not a licensed tour operator. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in our trips or use of our website.

  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any third-party service providers, including but not limited to accommodation providers, venues, transportation companies, event organizers, or workshop facilitators.

  • We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, or expense resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemic-related disruptions.

  • We are not liable for any participant's failure to obtain valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, or required health certifications.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part

  • Injury to life, body, or health caused directly by our negligence

  • Breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties)

  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law

Dispute Resolution

Girls Who Rave is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings but will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis.

Governing Law

These terms and all matters relating to Girls Who Rave and aurelje, LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Travis County, Texas, USA, except where otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

For consumers based in the European Union: nothing in this Legal Notice overrides or removes your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Applicable EU consumer protection laws will apply to the extent required by law.
