By booking an experience or using our website (https://girlswhorave.com), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

• Reservation: Your spot on the trip is confirmed only after full payment or the first installment of a payment plan is received.

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We also accept payment in EUR and GBP via bank transfer or Revolut — please write to us before booking if you'd like to pay in either of these currencies.

• Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with trip details.

• Eligibility: By booking, you confirm that you are female-identifying and at least 18 years of age.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular trip:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 60 or more days before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund, less a small service fee to cover card processing costs.

• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 45 and 59 days before the trip start date are eligible for a 50% refund, less the service fee.

• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 45 days before the trip start date are non-refundable. However, if you identify and secure an approved replacement participant, you will receive a full refund less the service fee.

• Service Fee: All refunds are subject to a service fee to cover card processing costs.

• No-Shows: Failure to arrive on the trip start date without prior written notice will be treated as a cancellation within the non-refundable window.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain trips require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to, the following trips: Ibiza, Verknipt Festival, Ultra Festival, Sziget Festival, Georgia, Oktoberfest & Berlin combo trip, ADE, and NYC. For these trips, the deposit amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Always refer to the specific trip page for the applicable deposit and cancellation policy before booking.

• Trip-Specific Policies: Individual trips may have specific cancellation policies that supersede these general terms. Always refer to the specific trip page for the applicable policy.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Participation in all Girls Who Rave trips requires the completion and signing of a Trip Participation Waiver prior to the trip start date. The waiver will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed. Failure to sign and return the waiver before the trip start date will result in forfeiture of your spot with no refund issued. By completing your booking, you acknowledge this requirement and agree to comply with it.

• Passports & Visas: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport and any required visas for entry into your destination country. Girls Who Rave is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete documentation.

• Health & Safety: You are responsible for checking and complying with any health advisories, vaccination requirements, or entry regulations for your destination country prior to travel.

• Travel Insurance: While not mandatory, we strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

While we strive to adhere to all published itineraries, Girls Who Rave reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel activities, accommodations, or other trip components due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, supplier failure, or events beyond our control. Any significant changes will be communicated to confirmed participants as promptly as possible. No refunds will be issued for changes made due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that travel, nightlife, and group activities involve inherent risks. By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Girls Who Rave trips.

• Limitation of Liability: Girls Who Rave (aurelje, LLC) and its team members, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, or expense incurred during or in connection with the trip, except where prohibited by law.

• Third-Party Services: We engage third-party providers for transportation, accommodation, events, and activities. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers, but will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues that arise.

• Property Damage: You are fully liable for any damage caused to property — including hostels, restaurants, bars, venues, or other facilities — during the trip. Costs of any such damage may be charged to you directly.

• Force Majeure: Girls Who Rave is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.

• Respect: All participants are expected to treat fellow travelers, trip leaders, and locals with respect and kindness at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Compliance: Participants must follow the reasonable instructions of Girls Who Rave trip leaders throughout the trip.

• Removal: Girls Who Rave reserves the right to remove any participant from a trip at any time if their behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

• Alcohol: Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. Excessive intoxication that endangers yourself or others or disrupts the group is grounds for removal.

• Illegal Substances: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Girls Who Rave does not condone or support the use of illegal substances under any circumstances. Any engagement with illegal substances is entirely at the individual's own risk and legal liability.

By participating in a Girls Who Rave trip, you grant Girls Who Rave (aurelje, LLC) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use photographs, videos, and other media in which you appear, taken during or in connection with the trip, for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes across any media channels, including social media. If you do not wish to be featured in promotional content, you must notify us in writing prior to your trip departure date.

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of administering your trip and communicating with you about Girls Who Rave services. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to deliver trip services or as required by law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your participation in a Girls Who Rave trip shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, USA, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Girls Who Rave.

Girls Who Rave reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
